How to use
How to use
Wet the coat completely with warm water. Apply shampoo gently, work back to the tail. Lather well into coat. Avoid eyes and ears. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat, if needed, to make sure the uninvited guests leave. Towel dry. Follow with our Organic Dog Conditioner. After shampooing with one of Furfect Natural Organic Dog Shampoos, apply conditioner to a clean, wet coat. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, if possible, then rinse thoroughly. For all coat and fur types.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Often they will arrive sooner than that but we cannot make guarantees on behalf of our chosen courier Royal Mail.
If your order doesn't arrive or has been damaged en route please email team@thecinnamuncher.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If your order has gone missing we ask for 48 hours in order to open an investigation with the courier to see if it can be located. Courier services then asks for a further 14 days to find the parcel. In the unlikely event of this happening we will more than likely send you a replacement, and ask that you return the other parcel to us should it arrive.
