Return & Refund Policy
While we stand by our products 100%, we put you and your dog's hapiness as the utmost priority.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product we will offer a full refund or a replacement if we receive your return in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
All you need to do is notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item to process your return and refund.
We do not refund products that have been used.
Your refund will be for the cost of your product, unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.
In case of larger sized products, please select carefully considering your space and the size of the product before the purchase. If you are unsure, feel free to get in touch with us, we are more than happy to assist with more detailed measurements or additional information about the product you’re interested in.
In case your product has arrived damaged (check the packaging on arrival) please take pictures of the outer packaging and the product where the damage occurred and contact us via email@example.com within 24 hours so we can contact the carrier as soon as possible.
We’ll take you through the process and will replace the product.
